Neptune has a new agent as replacement for Aldo. Teatro(?) Avelino (Railey Valeroso). According to Antonino, Teatro is the top agent of the Neptune Camp, equally if not better than Giancarlo. Teatro seems to be too confident about him being the new top agent, but will he really be as better or even best than Agent Carranzo?
