Exklusibong Explosibong Expose has this report on the witnesses that were purportedly hired to locate AGB-metered households.

According to the report, the three were hired to do some surveys, until such a time that their task was to locate homes with AGB-meters. AGB-Nielsen is a media research company gathering data on what homes watch and then issues viewership ratings on a daily basis. This case of breached panel households is isolated only to Bacolod as per AGB initial investigation.
