Child sensation Charice Pempengco stars in her own life story in "Maalaala Mo Kaya". Divine diva Ms. Zsa-Zsa Padilla plays the role of her mom Raquel, and Sharlene as the little Charice.


Charice, like anyone, experienced life's ups and downs, but now, she is up and going. Numerous international exposures and various guestings only shows that Charice is gearing towards stardom.

Noontime show host and comedienne Pokwang plays the lead role in this episode of "Maalaala Mo Kaya" entitled "Laruan". Pokwang is Rita, a hardworking single parent who wants to give a better future for his children, but she is so busy and preoccupied of earning money that she fails to have quality time for them. Pokwang can easily crack a joke in her sitcoms but this time she proved that she can also make us cry.

Bea Alonzo proved once again her versatility as an actress as she plays a motherly role in this Mother's Day special of Maalaala Mo Kaya.

Adela came from a big family, and to help support them financially, she accepted an offer to be a maid in Manila. The family she will be working for is well known in that area, and they are hiding a secret to protect their family's name. Rose's daughter Monique bore a child out of marriage and the father left them. Adela became the child's "yaya".



After a few months Adela's feelings for the child developed, and she seem to care for her more than the child's real mother. When Adela heard the baby's first word, she vowed to herself to take care of this child like a mother.



Adela has seen the growth of Abby - she was with her all the time. Adela met Miguel in a mall during Abby's birthday, and from there on Miguel continuously courts Adela.

But all things have its ups and downs, and the time came for Abby to know the real situation.

But Abby was raised by Adela with so much love that it wasn't that hard for Abby to accept the real fact. At first it was difficult, but Abby had to accept it. Eventually the two parted ways, and Adela had a family of her own with Miguel.

It's time for KC Conception's father to be on the spotlight as Gabby Conception plays the role of an obedient family driver in this episode of "Maalaala Mo Kaya" entitled "Taxi".


The story is about Bert (Gabby Conception), a family of two kids and married to Lani (Ana Capri). He is the driver of a rich businessman named Federico (Tirso Cruz III), while his wife also works for Federico's family as a maid. Federico is so rich he can do anything. He is not contented with his wife Chona (Rio Locsin) and wants a younger and fresher woman. Federico was given one by the manager of their favorite bar, and her name was Magnolia (Johanna Villeta). Bert is so obedient to his boss that he always kept secret these "monkey business" of Federico. In return, he receives some monetary allowance for his own use.


The problem started when Chona saw a card in their car. She confronted her husband Federico. Federico then secretly confronted Bert and told him to admit that the card was for Bert and not for him. The situation worsened as Federico ordered Bert to admit that Bert has a girl, and he gave his girl a condo unit to live, and all those things which Bert didn't actually did. Bert's wife was around when that happened and witnessed all the twist. Lani decided to stay away from Bert with the kids.



But after some months Chona got the strength to fight against his husband and decided to fly abroad. Bert accompanied them to the airport and didn't returned to Federico. He went to his wife Lani to patch things up, and Lani gave Bert another chance.
Now Bert works as a taxi driver. He had the Prince of Saudi as passenger once, and was given the chance to work in Riyadh. As a twist of fate, Bert accidentally bumped a dirty fellow, and as he approached the man, it was actually his former boss Federico.

After the acting debut of Ms. KC Conception, it's the now controversial Asia's Song Bird doing her second appearance for Maalaala Mo Kaya. With the rumors that Ms. Regine will soon "jump over the fence", will this guesting prove those speculations? Watch as she portrays the role of letter sender Cathy, whose past love affair haunts her in her dreams, even though both of them are now married with another partner.
