Little Big Star finalist Makisig Morales joins the ex-Little Dreamers in a song and dance number at the Little Grand Dream Night of Pinoy Dream Academy Little Dreamers. Makisig is also joined by Shirley, Nash and Micah, dubbed as the "Bulilit Buddies".
The Ex-Little Dreamers are Leon, Shane, Nikki, Kelly, Jerome and Dean.
