Silva succeeded in getting some blood from the last guard (Lyka). He did have the powers of the last guard, but an injection would last for about an hour only says Anton.
The poisoned bullet is gradually taking the life of Lyka. The doctor, without knowledge of what the poison is and how it works, tries all her best to revive Lyka.
