Regine and Piolo first sang a medley of Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw and Kailangan Kita.
Kinanta ni Piolo ang "Kahit Isang Saglit" ni Martin Nievera.
Pagkatapos ay nagkaroon sila ng duet ni Sharon with the song "Ikaw" popularized by Regine.
Regine sang her very powerful song "Pangarap ko ang ibigin ka".
After which Sharon joined her and they sang "Sana'y Wala Nang Wakas".
Regine and Piolo sang the themesong of their upcoming movie "Paano Kita Iibigin"
And as a finale, the three sang "Tuwing Umuulan at Kapiling Ka."
